Neutrik NMJ6HF-S stereo (TRS) insulated panel mount jack socket with switched (normalled) silver plated contacts.  Can be used for mono applications by linking the centre (ring) lug to the ground (sleeve) lug.  Mounting hole is 11mm dia.
